This one is a special kind of recipe, containing ingredients that don't make sense, yet taste bonkers delicious together: salmon, Sauerkraut, and boiled beets. Just perfect, and full of vitamins! :-)
This is literally the simplest bento idea ever — you just sauté the chicken breast pieces to golden color, then add some dried garlic, and voila! The bento is ready for lunch.
Bento doesn't have to be only rice, right? Today I got into adventurous mood with some whole-grain farfalle pasta and tuna paste, with a classic salad-side with tomato slices. Easy, tasty, healthy! :-)
Do you remember the recipe for fancy tamagoyaki bento? :-) Because I tried replacing carrots and onions with grated salami and it turned out just heavenly good! :-) Looks awesome, no? :-) And since dried salami is so easy to grate, you can easily add it to other recipes, or use it as meaty sprinkles! :-) (uh oh I have an idea for a meat-tasting cupcakes! :D)
